Abstract
The article discusses the problem of transition of the existing system of teaching university students to distance learning. In connection with the need to introduce the new techniques, and to increase the motivation of those who go in for physical education, the proposed additional equipment becomes relevant for use at home.
Keywords: distance learning, self-study, rubber loops, strength, strength endurance.
