Physical education of senior school girls by means of healthy aerobics Based on the balance and rating system

Abstract
The article deals with the use of health aerobics for the physical education classes for high school girls based on the score-rating system. The purpose of the study is to develop the method for improving the physical fitness of high school students; to strengthen their motivation to physical education by means of the score-rating system. The contents of physical education methods, components of the score-rating system, and dynamics of motivation of subjects are presented. The effectiveness of the study is confirmed with the results of testing the above parameters.
