Of particular importance in sports is the training and development of the players' special abilities to accomplish tasks and achieve high results. Such characteristic as endurance can be differentiated into the physical quality that affects the main motor parameters in volleyball, such as coordination endurance. The purpose of the research is to determine the constituent functions and build up the methodology for the development of coordination endurance. Research methodology and organization. The research was carried out on the basis of the sports school of the Olympic reserve "Angara". Young men of the volleyball department took part in the pedagogical experiment. The constituent components of coordination endurance have characteristics of development in terms of hypoxic, vestibular stability, simple and complex reaction of choice, and distinctive sensitivity of movement parameters. A set of developed exercises and tests for marking the development of characteristics were selectively selected in the training process and were included in the methodology. Research results and their discussion. The reliability of the results, the differences and the superiority of the experimental group over the control in hypoxic tests were determined by the t-criterion. Positive changes are confirmed by an experiment on all the trained parameters that make up coordination endurance. Output. The methodology for the development of coordination endurance through the motor characteristics significantly supplements the existing principles of the development of motor abilities in training.
