Abstract
Introduction. The correctness and accuracy of hand positions fulfillment, the required amplitude in swinging leg movements determines the main focus of technical training in fitness- aerobics. Therefore, it is advisable to use the static-dynamic exercises in the training process. The aim of the research is to develop the methodology for using the static-dynamic exercises for successful teaching to the complex coordination motor actions in fitness- aerobics and it experimentally proves its effectiveness. Organization and research methods. Groups of young athletes of the second year of training were formed to conduct a pedagogical experiment, which took place on the basis of the «New style» fitness club in Volgograd. An experimental technique based on special sets of static-dynamic exercises was introduced into the training process of the experimental group. The results of the study. The article presents the results of the study to determine the influence of the use of static-dynamic exercises for the successful teaching of complex coordination motor actions in fitness-aerobics, and the criteria for assessing their fulfillment are determined.
Keywords: initial training, fitness-aerobics, technical skills, static-dynamic exercises.
