Ways to activate students' motor activity and to engage in independent training

Abstract
The study analyzed the level of students' motor activity (application "Health"), the number of mobile applications used for independent training, proper nutrition, determination of body mass index, pedometry. The body mass index, heart rate, blood pressure, VC and preferred types of physical activity were determined, relevant topics for theoretical lessons and distance forms of training were identified. The forms of physical condition control, variants of independent training, including at home, are proposed. The advantages of exercising in an aquatic environment and in a gym are briefly disclosed.
