Abstract
In the modern society, the problem of health culture is widely discussed and is very relevant. The results of this study are based on the theoretical analysis and generalization of the data presented in the literature. This article analyzes the key theoretical aspects of the problem under study. The article considers the concept of "Health Culture", the importance of health culture for modern society, its component composition, and focuses on health factors. The theoretical essence of the concept is investigated, and the situation on the territory of Russia is analyzed. A retrospective is shown and a number of recommendations are given regarding the development of this issue. In modern society, it is important to conduct an information policy in society regarding the importance of moral, spiritual and physical culture of a person as basic steps on the way to achieving balance in other spheres of life.
