Research of speed-power abilities of volleyball players

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the influence of the physical rehabilitation program after injuries of the shoulder joint among the volleyball players on their speed-strength abilities. 13 male athletes aged 17 to 24 years (on average 19.93±1.82 years), members of the volleyball team of the Ural State University of Railways, performed the Wingate test on the hand held ergometer. Indicators of the speed-power qualities of the muscles of the upper limbs of volleyball players were revealed (MAM 556.15±64.43 (405–731) W, MAM 7.18±0.75 (4.81–8.8) W / kg). In addition, the post-rehabilitation re-Wingate test procedure is presented, including a program for the prevention of shoulder injuries.
