Abstract
In order to reproduce the educational potential, ensuring the assimilation of vital competencies and the development of the functional potential of future specialists, a model of educational and developmental training in physical education was developed. The means and methodological techniques of an interdisciplinary approach to the formation of basic professional competencies have been tested. A new scientific result was obtained – the possibility of synchronized assimilation of multimedia knowledge, the functions of health-improving and training physical culture, the possibilities of improving the functional potential of students was revealed. The results of the study, reflecting the effectiveness of the educational and developmental model of physical education of students, are presented.
