Methodology of physical training of female students of universities to fulfill the norms of the RLD complex by using mobile learning tools

Abstract
The article describes the method of physical training of the students for the standard set “Ready for labor and defense” (RLD) by using mobile learning means. It considers the features of using the mobile educational technologies and resources at physical culture lessons, it presents the list of mobile applications, used in the process of physical education, and assesses their developing potential The current epidemiological situation in the world makes special demands on the organization of physical culture classes. In our study, we substantiate the necessity for wider use of mobile applications for physical training and improving the physical fitness of students by using the mobile learning tools. The aim of our study: the development and scientific justification of methods of physical training among the students of higher educational institutions for the standards of RLD by using mobile learning means. The results of the study show that independent physical exercises in conditions of self-isolation don’t give negative results in level of physical fitness about students. Independent physical education classes among the students with using mobile apps are used to improve health and maintain fitness. During the pedagogical experiment, there was a statistically significant improvement (p<0.05) in the following indicators of physical fitness: flexibility, rope-jumping, the muscles of the shoulder girdle; the muscles of the torso, the smallest changes were observed in the indicator of the long jump from a place.
