Features of professional and applied physical training of students in distance learning

Abstract
The article discusses the features of professional and applied physical training of the students who are on distance learning. The aim of the study was to establish the effectiveness of the influence of extracurricular and independent forms of education on the professional and applied physical fitness of the students of various specialties who are on distance learning. The study was conducted using methods of pedagogical testing of students' physical qualities, pedagogical observation, questionnaire survey with self-control sheets, and analysis of literary sources. As a result of the study, it was found that independent and extracurricular physical education and sports contribute to the development of physical qualities necessary for a future specialist. In the educational process of distance learning, independent classes are a promising and significant form of training in professional and applied physical training of students.
