Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of development of motor abilities in girls by means of fitness aerobics. The particular objectives of the research were: to develop a methodology for the development of motor abilities among female students by means of fitness-aerobics; compare the analysis of the development of motor abilities in the control and experimental groups; to reveal the effectiveness of the developed technique. The expediency of using directed pedagogical influence was revealed and substantiated. The use of the developed methodology had a positive impact on the physical fitness of the trainees.
