Abstract
The article deals with the problem of pedagogical conditions that contribute to the development of sports-gifted students. Global changes in various spheres of human life in many countries have determined the need for innovative changes in the training of students, in particular, in the field of sports. The need to develop students' individual abilities as future moderators of world progress has increased. The development, methods and manifestation of students' subjectivity contribute to the effectiveness of their implementation in the surrounding society. The postulates of personal development in the surrounding society, the definition of pedagogical tools, conditions for the development of students ' personal functions can be a conceptual guideline in the organization of the learning process at the University. Currently, the prerequisites for a new paradigm of education are being created, based on the maximum development of students ' creative abilities, various types of their giftedness, in particular sports. Changes in the content and technological component of the educational process are associated with the digitalization of modern higher education. Individual forms of organization of the learning process are becoming increasingly important in higher education. The pedagogy of literacy is constantly being transformed into the pedagogy of developing creative abilities and various types of giftedness of students.
