Abstract
General and special training of the amateur alpine skiers should be given more attention. There is need to develop the methods for development of the various physical abilities for health-oriented groups, engaged in Alpine skiing. In our study, the method of developing the statokinetic stability was considered. The purpose of the study: to determine the effectiveness of the developed methodology for developing statokinetic stability among the skiers aged 7-8 years. Organization of research. The developed method consisted of exercises with the use of roller skates and trampolines. The study has been conducted for four months. The Bondarevsky test was chosen as a control test to check the effectiveness of the method. Methods: the analysis of the scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical testing, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. Methods: the analysis of the scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical testing, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. Research result. The results of the Bondarevsky test, shown by the subjects, significantly improved (р <0,01), both at each stage of the study, and for the entire period of its implementation. The average stability index increased by more than 2.5 s during the roller skating sessions, and by even more than 3.5 s during the trampoline training period. The overall increase in the indicator for the group in average was 6.46 s. Conclusions. During the study, the following conclusions were made: it is necessary to pay due attention to the development of physical abilities not only of professional athletes, but also of ski enthusiasts; the application of the developed method is effective for the development of statokinetic stability among the skiers aged 7-8 years who are engaged in sports and recreation groups.
Keywords: alpine skiing, sports and recreation group, statokinetic stability, balance, physical abilities.
