Abstract
The article presents the method aimed at preventing disorders of the musculoskeletal system (DMS) in preschool children living in the Far North. During the diagnosis of the DMS condition, the asymmetry of the muscular structure of the vertebral column was revealed, which is deviation from the norm. In order to correct the identified deviations and strengthen the DMS in the educational process of preschool institutions, a health-improving method was introduced, which includes classes aimed at the development of myofascial structures, health-improving swimming, "dry swimming" and stretching. According to the results, it was found that the method gave positive results and can be recommended to physical education instructors, swimming instructors, coaches, educators, etc.
