The article discusses the methodological support of the learning process as a system that contributes to the development of significant professional competencies, it displays the combination of the complex of methodological software products, the cycle of various forms of training organization, the system of methodological consultations. The modeling of the methodological support of the system of professionally applied physical training reflects the projection of the educational process on the teaching materials used by both teachers and cadets in their cognitive activities. The “Educational-methodical complex” is presented in the form of the system of interconnected and mutually reinforcing didactic teaching tools created to achieve the goals, content and achievement of the educational standards basic requirements. Developed and proposed content of the functional-variable model of methodological support for the system of professionally applied physical training consists of two parts. They are the technology for designing and implementing methodological support. The main meaning of the personality-oriented modular training, implemented in the professional education system is the complete removal of the compulsory nature of the educational process, the formation of the subjective cadet position, the main indicators of which are the degree of motivation and independence.
