How can the science of kinesiology help the student to cope with stress and fatigue?

Abstract
The article examines the actual problem of the accumulation of academic stress and fatigue among the university students. The necessity and importance of maintaining the stable psycho-emotional state of students with the help of kinesiological exercises are considered. The purpose of the work is to draw up a mini-program of kinesiological exercises with the aim of improving and normalizing the work of the students' body. For its implementation, the concept of stress is defined, its types are indicated, the consequences of the presence of chronic academic stress on the behavior and health of students are described, and the role of kinesiology in solving problems of neutralizing muscle clamps is considered. As a result of the work, a mini-program of exercises from the direction of practical kinesiology was proposed, aimed at helping students deal with stress and fatigue in a learning environment.
