Physical development dynamics of students in non-physical education university in the context of physical education lessons taken twice a week

Abstract
The department test results were analyzed to determine the physical condition level of the 1–3 grades students in this study. The research demonstrates the dynamic of the student’s physical preparedness level in non-sport university. Factors influencing on the test results were determined. This study allows evaluating the effectiveness of four hundred hours program of physical education for physical culture subject, which was developed based on the Federal state educational standards (FSES 3+).
