Abstract
The experiment was aimed at studying the effectiveness of the training process, at developing and improving technical and tactical actions of players, as well as at improving team results. System control in sports provides for the practical implementation of various types of control used in the structural parts of the training process to obtain objective, versatile information about the condition of the athlete and its dynamics in order to control the process of sports training. System control is also a necessary element of the management system of sports training and provides for the organization of events to assess the level of development of various aspects of athletes' preparedness, assess the body's response to training and competitive loads, take into account adaptive changes in the functions of the body of athletes, and evaluate the effectiveness of the training process. Particular attention was paid to training in combination with showing the technical and tactical situation through video projection with a frame stop at a certain moment. The results of the team of Volgograd State Medical University were quite high and exceeded the indicators of the autumn-winter period. In the spring-summer period, a team of 34 competitive matches won 27 victories, reduced three matches to a draw and received only four defeats. The conducted experiment proves the effectiveness of the developed training process management team technology of the Volgograd State Medical University.
