Individualization of physical education in higher education institutions with use of the computer technologies

Abstract
The article reveals the need to introduce the computer technologies in the educational process of higher education institutions for the discipline "physical culture". The block diagram for the use of information and computer technologies in the educational process is proposed. The technology that contributes to the individualization of the volume and intensity of physical activity is considered. The systematic approach will make it possible to effectively use a number of innovative computer technologies in education, and will create prerequisites for the formation of a fundamentally new form of teaching physical culture in higher education. The introduction of the system of training based on "dominant physical qualities" in combination with the computer technologies in the process of physical education of students can be the decisive factor in changing the system of views, norms and assessments of teachers working with students.
