Introduction – Sports training of sambo athletes at adolescence age is an important stage in the approach to competitive activity for the reliable and effective performance later in elite sports. Currently, there are a large number of sports training methods. At the stage preceding the sport of the highest skill, it is important to improve the technical and tactical training aimed at improving the indicators, which are significant for the model of the technical and tactical preparedness of highly qualified athletes. The purpose of the study – to determine the influence of the methodology of sports training among the young sambo athletes on the parameters of technical and tactical readiness. Methodology and organization of the research – the research used pedagogical observation, video analysis of competitive fights, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. The indicators of competitive activity of 20 athletes were studied. Practical recommendations for coaches and athletes are given. Conclusions - the experimental method made it possible to increase the indicators of the fight efficiency among young sambo athletes in competition conditions.
