Abstract
Introduction. In mas-wrestling, the study of the psychophysiological state of athletes is important, where motor skills are directly related to psychophysiological characteristics. The purpose of the study is to improve the effectiveness of psychophysiological state control by identifying the significant indicators of the individual typological properties of higher nervous activity and sensorimotor functions of the qualified athletes specializing in mas-wrestling. Methodology and organization of research. A survey of 18 athletes specializing in mas-wrestling, weight category up to 70 kg. The age of the athletes was 20±1.75 years, the experience of sports-3±0.64 years. The computer system "Diagnosti-1" was used to obtain indicators of individual typological properties of higher nervous activity and sensorimotor functions of athletes. And there was also conducted the pedagogical testing by using the modified simulator "lower thrust". With the help of which the athletes performed the following technical and tactical actions: "thrust in the rack", "Ushnitsky", "reverse thrust", "walking", "movement". Each exercise was given 10 s. The surveys were conducted in the autumn-winter preparatory period of the annual training cycle on the basis of the Institute of physical culture and sports, North-Eastern Federal University. Research results and discussion. Indicators of the time of latent periods of the simple and complex sensorimotor reactions, parameters of the level of functional mobility and strength of nervous processes that characterize the psychophysiological state of mas-wrestlers are revealed. The results of pedagogical testing are obtained, which characterize the formation of technical and tactical actions of athletes. By means of the correlation analysis of the indicators of the pedagogical and psychophysiological testing, the significant parameters of individual-typological properties of higher nervous activity and sensorimotor functions of qualified athletes specializing in mas-wrestling were revealed.
Conclusions. The strongest relationship (r= -(0,678–0,823)) were revealed between the parameters of technical-tactical actions of athletes performed with the modified simulator "bottom-pull" and the values of the individual-typological characteristics of the higher nervous activity and sensory-motor functions, such as this method promptly LP SHER, LP RC1-3, RC2-3, number of errors SHER, RC1-3, RC2-3, LFMNP, the total test time of LFMNP, the minimum exposure time signal LFMNP, SNP.
Keywords: mas-wrestling, latency period, strength of nervous processes, neurodynamic functions, control.
