Influence of "Zumba" fitness classes on physical performance of university students

Abstract
Today, there is intensification of the educational process in higher educational institutions, which manifests itself in increase in the volume of information studied, which negatively affects the lack of motor activity of the students and affects the decline in the level of health and physical efficiency of the body. Fitness program "Zumba" is gaining popularity among the young people. The physical education of the students included means of this area of fitness as part of our study. In the course of classes, there was positive dynamics of the level of physical efficiency of students of the first year of higher education.
