Research of dynamics of accuracy of throws among the basketballers in daily and weekly modes

Abstract
The article presents the results of the study, which purpose was to determine the change in the target accuracy indicators of basketball players in daily and weekly modes in the pre-competitive microcycle of the competitive period. The study involved students studying in the full-time department of the Volgograd State Medical University 2-3 courses, involved in the sports section of basketball. According to the results of the survey of the team players, two chronotypes were identified: "pigeons" and "moderate owls." In the course of the study it was established: in the daily and weekly regimes, the athletes exhibit pronounced wave-like changes in the accuracy of the shots; comparing of effectiveness of the target accuracy of basketball players of the 2 groups of chronotypes did not reveal statistically significant differences in both daily and weekly testing modes. The developed practical recommendations for trainers of basketball teams will help to improve the methodology of training the target accuracy of basketball players.
