Selection and construction of the training process of curlers at the initial stage of training

Abstract
Now, curling is gaining popularity in Russia, competition is increasing, and in this regard, the requirements for the training of the junior athletes are increasing. At the same time, the topic of training curlers in the Russian scientific journalism has not yet been sufficiently disclosed, and the process of selecting children for the section is not considered at all. Curling is a sport in which the most important characteristics for the athlete are accuracy, stability, coordination, and psychological self-control. This article offers the method for selecting the children in the curling section, as well as the scheme of the training process, considering the various ways of developing the physiological and psychological characteristics of the curling athletes at the initial stage of training. During the study of the problem, it was proposed to divide the training process into three components. The problem of psychological stability and improving the accuracy of the execution of throws using psychotechnological methods is solved.
