Abstract
The purpose of the study is to identify the specifics of the kinematic characteristics of the classic push bar of the qualified weightlifters, depending on the mass-growth (weight-growth) indicators of athletes for the possibility of further improvement of the training process in order to increase the level of technical skill. Research methodology and organization. The main method of research is the analysis of experimental data obtained in the course of pedagogical observations, as well as the generalization of the theoretical knowledge, analyzed scientific and methodological works. The results of the study and conclusions. After conducting the pedagogical observations, data on the kinematic characteristics of the technique of performing the push bar at the weightlifters of three selected groups of weight categories were recorded: "light", "medium", "heavy". Their comparative analysis revealed the significant influence of the amount of weight that athletes work with in the training process in order to improve their technical skills. The study revealed that the most economical technical actions are performed by weightlifters of the "medium" weight categories in relation to athletes of the "light" and "heavy" groups. There were also significant differences in the kinematic characteristics of the barbell push technique in weightlifters of different groups of weight categories in the pre-squat phase and the send phase. Peculiarities of the kinematic characteristics allow to determine the direction to enhance the effectiveness of the process of improving the technical skills of qualified athletes of different weight categories in weightlifting taking into account changes in weights in exercise the push rod from the chest.
