Influence of beach football activity on the level of physical preparedness of students in higher educational institution

Abstract
Nowadays, a lot of researches are dedicated to assessment of the health condition, level of physical preparedness of students in higher educational institutions. The authors note the tendency of this criteria decline between the student youth, which is connected with the physical activity shortage and high overload with learning activity. Physical education classes boost motorial potential of students, being the important factor of health saving and improvement. We instituted the physical education program with using the means of beach football within the educational process of the discipline “Physical education”. The pedagogical test was conducted in the process of research on the base of norms of Russian sports complex “GTO”, in view of its results there was revealed that classes according to established program influence positively on the level of physical preparedness of the students.
