Abstract
Knowledge of the factors that affect the formation and correction of the psychoemotional state of athletes and its monitoring at the stage of direct pre-competition preparation for responsible competitions of the macrocycle will allow managing the training process more effectively and influencing the formation of stable performance of K-1 kickboxers effectively. As a result of the research, the negative impact of conscious regulation of body weight on the indicators of the psychoemotional state of athletes has been proved.
