Abstract
Introduction. The professiogram of the national guard officers considers the physical fitness as one of the most significant criteria for successful professional activity. A high level of physical fitness helps reduce the fatigue threshold. Purpose of research. To develop the individual plan for physical training for the national guard troops training based on the use of crossfit tools and techniques and further testing it. Research methodology and organization. Of particular importance is the issue of developing and implementing high-intensity training complexes "Crossfit" in the educational organizations of the national guard troops. It is necessary to study the issue of methodological support for independent training of national guard troops with the use of crossfit tools. The results of the study and their discussion. The individual plan is a five-day microcycle, with a rest day in the middle of the mesocycle. Each training day of the individual plan is focused on the development of professionally important physical qualities of soldiers of the national guard, indicating the means, groups of exercises, conditions of performance, clothing to achieve the tasks. Conclusions. The developed individual plan for physical training with the use of crossfit tools and techniques for training national guard troops with the insufficient level of physical fitness has pedagogical value for the formation of professionally important physical qualities.
