Dynamics of level of physical condition of students in the process of beach football practice in high education institution

Abstract
Nowadays, the specialists mention the tendency to reduction of health status, level of physical condition of the students in higher education institution in connection with their insufficient motor activity. It is advisable to realize the motor potential of the students through physical training in the physical education program of high education institutions. Beach sports games are popular among the students. Their inclusion in the educational process of the discipline "Physical culture" helps students adapt to the learning environment, it forms the physical culture of the individual. The physical education program using beach football was introduced in classes with students of the high education institution. In the course of the pedagogical experiment, the students underwent medical and biological testing, the results of which revealed the positive impact of beach soccer classes according to the developed program of physical education on the level of physical condition of students of higher education institutions.
