Features of adaptation of young teachers of physical education to professional activities

The article presents the results of the empirical study of the adaptation of young Physical Education teachers towards professional activities in the condition of the municipal educational institution in Volgograd. Also, some conclusions were made. In the research there were examined the factors that influence on the development of professional adaptation with examination of the levels of each component. The article presented the selection of the psychological methods that allow conducting the study on adaptation of the young physical education teachers to the professional activities.
The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the conclusions contained in the study formed the basis of scientific and practical developments, plans and personalized programs for the bodies of territorial administrations of the Department of education of Volgograd. These results will allow implementing and managing the process of professional adaptation of novice teachers in a specific district or educational institution. Also, the presented research results can be used to improve the training programs of the system of training, retraining and advanced training of managerial and pedagogical employees of the education system.
