Optimization of external respiratory function and overall performance of men 50–60 years old by means of health training

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of progressive decrease in physical performance, decrease in the cardiovascular system, as well as external respiratory functions among the men of pre-retirement age. The article describes the developed and applied variable program of health training for men to improve the work of the respiratory and cardiovascular system. The functional indicators of this category of individuals were determined and positive results were observed after classes in these programs, resulting in increased performance and endurance of men. The practical significance of the developed program is to improve the functional state of the respiratory system, thereby reducing the risk of respiratory diseases.
