Physical training content of peacekeeping forces troops for professional tasks performing in the emergency period

Annotation
Based on the generalization of a large theoretical and research material, the article substantiates the content of physical preparation of military personnel of the peacekeeping forces for the performance of professional tasks in the emergency period, as well as identifies factors affecting the quality of the task by the contingent of peacekeeping forces in operations, which can be divided into two groups, depending from the state of training contingent troops (single training) and the state of units (unit training). An important factor in this regard is the level of physical fitness of personnel included in the peacekeeping contingent. The results of the scientific research made it possible to scientifically substantiate the expansion of the possibilities of physical training of the peacekeeping forces in the process of combat training due to the inclusion of complex exercises in its content with the implementation of professional techniques and actions.
