Introduction. This article examines the impact of physical activity and brain activity. It is stated that students should be involved within or outside the curriculum in sports and daily exercise. There are well-known quotes and aphorisms on the subject of sport, proving that sport is an integral part of our life. The description of the best suitable physical exercises for the brain to work more efficiently and effectively is given. The purpose of the study is to find out how physical activity affects the work of the brain of students. Research methodology – the study was conducted among students who performed physical exercises. Results of the study – in the course of the study, data were obtained that confirm that there is an improvement in attention and sleep due to physical activity, coordination of movement, and the production of "happiness hormones". Conclusions: Sport and physical activity are directly related to brain activity. Doing sports directly affects brain activity. Each type of physical activity brings its own benefits for the body.
