Abstract
The aim of the study is the experimental justification, elaboration and testing of the elder age officers’ physical training program with using interactive learning tools at the Military Training and Scientific Center of the Ground Forces of the Combined Arms Academy of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The study consists of several interrelated stages: studying of this topic, elaboration of the pilot program and its experimental verification. The principles of its construction are: age-appropriate physical activity, prevention of occupational diseases, and integration of wellness orientation. The conducted pedagogical experiment showed high efficiency of the proposed program. This allowed increasing the power performance indicators, endurance, functional capacity and self-assessment of wellbeing, activity and mood of the test officers.
