Annotation
The article reveals the essence of the concept of the teacher’s conflictological readiness; it presents its model as a professional-personal education, including personal axiological, cognitive and technological components. To implement the conflict management training of future teachers at the university, a model has been developed that uses the potential of academic disciplines, work experience and extracurricular activities.
