Subjective attitude to competitive physical culture and sports activities of older women

Annotation
The article presents the results of the study of the subjective attitude to competitive physical culture and sports activities of older women with different levels of physical activity. The study showed high values of the emotional component of the attitude to competitive activity in all subjects. The greatest values of activity, cognitive and translational components are observed in women engaged in physical culture. Correlation analysis revealed the relationship between the intensity of attitudes to competitive activity and the physical component of the quality of life of older women.
