Annotation
This article presents the results of the pedagogical experiment, in which the developed algorithm for constructing the individual trajectory for the development of physical abilities among the track and field athletes aged 10-12 years old with intellectual disabilities at the initial stage of preparation was used. The contents of the stages of the individual trajectory algorithm included means aimed at the formation of motivation; it was assumed that this would contribute to more effective development of physical abilities among the athletes of the experimental group.
