Annotation
The article is devoted to the study of the official sports means influence degree on the process of border authorities’ employees professionally important qualities formation. The authors have developed a structural-functional model of the professionally important qualities formation using the official sports means, and also given its main components: blocks, stages, means, methods and forms that aimed at the model implementation. The proposed model effectiveness for the border authorities’ employees professionally important qualities formation positive dynamics is substantiated.
