Annotation
This article proposes the theoretical model of sports and recreation activities, designed for implementation into practice of modern financial organization (corporation). The model assumes the existence of three interconnected blocks (targeted, meaningful, control and evaluation). The functioning of the model, according to the authors, should be provided with the certain conditions and factors. The model is designed to optimize and improve the effectiveness of sports and recreation activities in the financial organization (corporation).
