Annotation
The domestic and foreign scientific and methodical literature contains various directions for the study of personality. Each of them has its own rationale and contains elements of components that need to be taken into account in the study of personality in its development. In this context, it is of the scientific interest to create the regression model for the personality traits in favorite sport, in particular in the women's volleyball. It widely displayed the psychological qualities that contribute to the effective implementation of the gaming skills in situations with various degrees of mental and emotional stress. Using the regression model for the training and competitive process of the skilled players allows to optimize the selection of volleyball and methodological tools needed to form the most significant mental properties.
