Annotation
Becoming the athlete begins at an early age. And from how we lay the foundation for the technique of motor actions and form the basic level of fitness the further achievements of athletes depend [1, 2, 3]. The problem of basic training is particularly acute in acrobatic rock 'n' roll, where competitive activity involves interaction of the partners, the level of preparedness of witch should be balanced. Specificity of the motor actions in acrobatic rock 'n' roll is the high rate of movements, complex rhythmic patterns and fast switching from one movement to another. Therefore, the necessary and sufficient range of motion should be shown in a very short period of time. It is necessary to control quickly and accurately the switching of the muscles antagonists and agonists, as well as precisely dosing the actions relating to the force and direction. The bases of competitive exercises include the specific elements of dance, called the main course.
