Methods of cascade economization of applied swimming technical elements

Annotation
The article explores the capabilities of applied swimming training on the basis of the use of private motor experience of military servants. The notion of basic skills of applied swimming technique economization is formulated. It was found that training to the basic skills of economization is most effective tool and it improves the technical performance in the applied swimming. It was found that the training use of the methods of cascade economization of the technical elements of applied swimming can lead to the best performance of technical readiness of military service men. The results of the pedagogical experiment characterizing the differences in performance of the control exercises by the tested of the experimental and control groups have been presented.
