Annotation
The article studies the influence of the directed impacts on the respiratory system of the athletes- sprinters in the form of the increased aerodynamic resistance to breath on the indicators of their physical and functional fitness. The features of application of this tool for the training process have been revealed, depending on the tasks solved at various stages of the preparatory period.
Keywords: aerodynamic resistance, qualified sprinters, training process, functional readiness, physical conditions.
