Features of impact of the regulated occupations by physical culture on the organism of students

In this article there are results, which describe the special types of influence on the student`s organisms. There are some notes about changing of the student`s physical and functional preparation during the physical culture educational lessons at the University. There are some recommendations for the students that are made on the basis of the revealed regularities of the training process impact on the organism of the students, which can increase efficiency of the fitness education lessons. Optimization of training load during the student`s sports education is reached by personal control of value of physical load and by methods, which let to rationalize the organization of each lesson.
