Annotation
This article presents the research materials obtained in the course of pedagogical experiment, the purpose of which was to analyze the dynamic of indicators of students' psychophysical condition, involved in winter poliathlon, in the year cycle of training. The results obtained in the course of the experiment show that the poliathlonists' psychophysical state in the competitive period is significantly reduced in contrast to the preparation, while in transition period there is an improvement. In our opinion, well-planned training of student-athletes, taking into account their psychophysical condition, will allow us to avoid the negative effects of combining studies and sport, thereby improving their competitive result.
Keywords: students who involved in winter poliathlon, athletes' psychophysical condition, periods of the year cycle of training.
