Influence of aqua aerobics on physical fitness of the female students of special medical group

Annotation
Physical fitness of the female students of the special medical group is worrying and raises concerns of the specialists. Female students of the special medical group avoid traditional physical training as a result of lack of motor skills, bad knowledge of methods of doing physical exercises and underdeveloped motor abilities and physical qualities. This article presents the results covering the influence of the aqua aerobics on the level of physical fitness of the female students of the special medical group.
