Model for training to the technical actions of the young men in the mixed fighting single combat taking into account functional asymmetry

Annotation
Today the further development of the mixed fighting single combat as sport event is impossible without evidence-based approach to planning of the educational and training process. Efficiency of application of the various methods and means of sports preparation is in direct dependence on many factors and along with them the specific features of the engaged. This article presents the model for the training to the technical actions of the young men considering the functional asymmetries, being characterized by domination of the left or right cerebral hemisphere, and revealed in the lateral preferences when performing the movements.
