Annotation
With use of system approach in work, the main components of internal structure of the commercial physical culture and sports organization are considered. It is analyzed as an open, dynamic system possessing such characteristics as flexibility, adaptability, innovation. The model of the commercial physical culture and sports organization including system of management, trainer and auxiliary staffs, sports and health improving process, consisting from the content, organization and technology, is given. The system of management of the organization is consideredin details. The main attention is given to the human resource management, rendering sports and health improving services. Materials of research are of interest for heads of the commercial physical culture and sports organizations.
