Annotation
Physical culture is the important academic discipline and integral part of the formation of the general and professional culture of the personality of modern specialist. Physical culture in the conditions of technical progress, changing nature of the work and living environment of man, becomes more valuable as an effective means of disease prevention, maintenance and promotion of health, improvement of physical and psychophysical condition, increasing efficiency. However, one thing can be said, that higher level of physical preparedness defines greater degree of organism resistance to the effects of teaching loads. It helps not only to improve the performance of specialist, but also to reduce the emotional tension, which in turn increases the professional skills of the future engineer-builder. Thus, the issues of physical training of the future specialists and effective means and methods provision for the development of professionally important motor qualities of the students, are an urgent problem, and require in-depth study.
