Annotation
The article presents the results of researches on justification of the psychological-pedagogical conditions necessary for education of stability to the conflicts among the cadets of military schools. Authors includes in number of main of them: inclusion of active methods of training in educational process which stimulate informative activity of cadets in the sphere of overcoming the conflicts; introduction of the facultative course «Conflict psychology»; observance by cadets in everyday life of one of the tolerance principles – «ability to force, without forcing others»; selection of appropriate means of education, and also strict abidance by daily routine for overcoming by cadets of high level of negative emotions; creation of comfortable living, household and other conditions for cadets, their timely providing with monetary and material allowance; formation of abilities among the cadets to optimum self-motivation and stimulation to positive activity.
